Growing with Little Seed

Waiting, Wondering, and Discovering Through Stories

Interactive author visits for schools, libraries, bookstores, and community organizations.

Mari brings The Little Seed’s Long Wait to life through storytelling, conversation, and creative activities designed to help children explore patience, resilience, imagination, and growth.

About the visit

A Story Children Can See Themselves In

Every child knows what it feels like to wait for something. To want something so badly and wonder if it will ever come. The Little Seed’s Long Wait is a picture book about exactly that, and the surprising things that can happen when we trust the wait.

During an interactive author visit, children hear the story read aloud, meet Little Seed in plush form, and take part in an engaging conversation about waiting, growing, friendship, imagination, and believing in their own ideas.

Programs are adapted to the age and size of each audience so every visit feels thoughtful, lively, and age appropriate.
